COME BE WITH
ME
By "Rebekah" the
Bride
(Matt.11:28-30; Luke 10:38-42;
Rev.3:20)
"If you want to be more
like Me,
Then spend time in My
company."
That’s what God says to
everyone
Who wants to be more like
His Son.
You say, "I just don’t
have much time
To eat with You the bread
and wine;
For I’m too busy serving
You
To leave my work and be
there, too."
"While you are busy
serving Me,"
God says, "I miss your
company;
You don’t know how I’m
longing to
Have you come near so I’ll
serve you."
"Oh, Martha, Martha, don’t
you see,
That I’d enjoy your
company?
If you’d just come and
meet Me now,
Your work would all get
done somehow."
"Oh, Mary was the one, you
see,
Who came to eat and drink
with Me;
For on My words did Mary
dine,
As at My feet she did
recline."
"If you’ll sit down and be
with Me,
My nature will rub off on
thee.
I’ll set you free from
fear and strife,
And bring My fruit into
your life."
God calls His children,
"Come and dine,
I’ve set My table with
bread and wine;
And sweet communion there
will be
Between us two, you’ll
surely see."
